How to Keep Our Mind Active Through Reading Funny Tongue Twisters?

However, we have to stay young at heart in order for us to face the world with a happy face against all the challenges in life.

Our brain is the main processing unit which helps to give orders to other parts of the body to perform the tasks that we want to achieve in our daily lives. It is very important for us to keep our brain active so that it will not be aging at a rapid rate. Research has shown that if our mind is not constantly working actively, it may have a chance of aging at a faster rate compared to those who practice to keep their mind active through simple mind exercises. There are plenty of ways to keep our mind active such as playing strategy board games, singing songs, playing mahjong (a game that let you think of ways to win your opponents) and more.

Nowadays people tends to work very hard and by the time they reach home, they do not have the mood to play strategy games which need them to think as they felt that they should be resting their mind or relax on the couch to watch their favourite television shows. I personally tend to fall into this particular categories when I started my working life and it makes me feel that the life is so boring as we keep on doing the same thing over and over again by repeating the same sequence daily.

Through reading books, I have realised that we should practice to keep our mind active so that it will not be dying. We should frequently try out new stuff in order to keep our brain active and personally, I have try this simple exercises on funny tongue twisters and I felt that I should share it with everyone. Give it a try by reading it out loudly and see whether you will get your tongue twisted.

------ No. 2 Do You Understand? ------

If you understand, say "understand". If you don't understand, say "don't understand". But if you understand and say "don't understand". How do I understand that you understand? Understand!

------ No. 3 How I Wish? ------

I wish to wish the wish you wish to wish, but if you wish the wish the witch wishes, I won't wish the wish you wish to wish.

A sailor went to sea to see, what he could see. And all he could see was sea, sea, sea.

Mr Inside went over to see Mr Outside. Mr Inside stood outside and called to Mr Outside inside. Mr Outside answered Mr Inside from inside and Told Mr Inside to come inside. Mr Inside said "NO", and told Mr Outside to come outside. Mr Outside and Mr Inside argued from inside and outside about going outside or coming inside. Finally, Mr Outside coaxed Mr Inside to come inside, then both Mr Outside and Mr Inside went outside to the riverside.

------ No. 10 Sounding a Sound ------

Sounding by sound is a sound method of sounding sounds.

How do you feel after reading it aloud? Do you feel that your brain starts to feel refresh after reading it aloud? Try to do this simple exercise with a friend or your family members and you will greatly feel the effects on your mind.
